Shipping

Orders will usually be shipped within a few days (in most cases with DHL). Shipping rates are as below:

In case you want a tracking number don't hesitate to write it in the comment-field of your order or send us an e-mail anytime. If a different shipping-service is desired or special needs exist, feel free to let us know.

The shipping costs include postage and packing charges. We advise to group various items in one order, because sometimes it can be difficult or even impossible to merge  separate orders into one shipment.

Packaging

Packaging boxes will be chosen in sufficient size and your order will be wrapped and packed carefully to ensure a save travel for your selected goodies. We may use recycled packaging material to reduce waste.

If you wish you can get your order as packed as a gift for a little fee. You can choose this option on checkout.

Returns

In case you should not be happy with your order, please, let us know and we will give our best to find a good solution! More information on our revocation terms can be found here!
